WiFi randomly terrible and crashing, awful service.

My wifi has been terrible for the last month or so despite nothing changing and no outages in my area, according to you guys.

You guys (an employee and someone on the Xfinity forums) also told me I successfully transferred my location to my new one almost 10 months ago, but it never went through and now it wants me to pay an extra $30 even though I payed that 10 months ago.

Your assistant bot also refused to connect me to an agent despite me constantly telling it to and it telling me it will. 

I’m about to cancel my account because this is ridiculous.
