Wifi Problems

I have outages every month and my wifi gets worse at night a lot. I have to work using my wifi and am at risk of losing everything. A technician said something was wrong with the wifi box out on the pole and that I would always have problems and no one has ever fixed it.

Hello @user_s6x8p1, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about the ongoing Wi-Fi issues you've been dealing with. I can certainly understand how frustrating and stressful this must be, especially when you rely on your internet connection for work and feel like the problem has never been properly resolved. We'd appreciate the opportunity to take a closer look at what's been happening and review any previous technician notes, repairs, or outstanding maintenance work in the area. If there is an ongoing issue that hasn't been fully addressed, we'd be happy to investigate further and see what options are available to help move this toward a resolution. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
