WIFI Pods
I want a WiFi evaluation to determine eligibility for a complimentary WiFi Boost Pod. I currently have 1 boost pod, but I still receive poor signals throughout our home. Our home had the old Adelphia system installed. They were able to replace some old cables, but our system must have a booster to the main cable box to get enough signal. Other rooms have splitters to receive signals on the top floor of our home. (3 stories) Our 1 pod is doing an ok job on the 2nd floor. The third floor, where my office is located, is still slow and unpredictable. Paying $119 for additional WiFi booster pods is another expense on an already expensive Xfinity monthly payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, @wendog07! Thank you for creating a new public post regarding your interest in the possibility of a free WiFi Boost Pod. Please review this outline of the Whole Home WiFi Evaluation, and let us know if you currently qualify (i.e. recently installed and activated an xFi Gateway). Otherwise, such as you having a customer-owned modem at this time, you'll want to request a leased Wireless Gateway from us to get started. And you should be able to do that through the Plan Builder or by logging in to My Account online. Please let us know if this helps, or if you need any further assistance, and our Digital Care Team remains here to support you however we can!
