WiFi Pods making static noise

We have 3 pods throughout the property and two of them are making a static noise. I have a video and will post or attach it if I can. If you turn your volume up you can hear it. This one is in a wide open stairwell. They will stop for a minute if you unplug them and plug them back in, but then they start again.

The static noise from your Xfinity WiFi Extenders (pods) may indicate a connection issue or interference. To troubleshoot, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug the extenders and plug them back in to reset them.
  2. Ensure they are placed away from large objects or furniture that may block the signal.
  3. If the problem persists, consider moving the extenders closer to the gateway for better connectivity.
