Hello Ebony29, thank you for reaching out in our Xfinity Community forum. We are happy you're here, and happy to assist. Did you try changing the password back to what you had? Did you perform a power cycle (unplug, wait 10 seconds and plug back in)? These would be the first steps we suggest before digging into troubleshooting.
