Wifi pass

Internet went from working on two of my devices, my phone and my television to now not working on any and not showing up on my telephone. Also. Not too sure what's going on but super irritating.

user_cbw8yl Thanks for reaching out with your WiFi Pass concern. We don't have any access to prepaid services like this to check account status to see if it's something there, but you can reach our prepaid team at 1-855-757-7372. I can try to help troubleshoot some though. The service runs off Xfinity Hotspots, and they can be turned off at anytime by the account holder broadcasting them. Is the phone not able to connect to any hotspot in the area at this time that you have tried?
