The NOW WiFi pass payment options should allow bank issued debit credit cards with major logos (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Prepaid cards can also be used for the NOW WiFi pass purchase: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-wifi-pass
I've worked with a few other customers who have reported the same thing you are regarding the Chime payments not being accepted, so if that isn't being processed an alternative you can use is go purchase a prepaid card, and utilize that. Our options with the NOw WiFi pass are very limited, so wanted to help get the proper expectations that mostly all support is done via the Xfinity Assistant: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/
