Wi-Fi pass

I paid for a Wi-Fi pass it took the money off my card then said the information was wrong but it charged my card

Hello, @user_qwe05a thank you for taking the time out of your day to create a post, and appreciate the information you provided in regard to the issue being related to WiFi pass. We don't have access to WiFi pass account information over Xfinity Forums. 

 

When signing up for WiFi pass, you should have received a confirmation email. The email will have WiFi pass customer support contact information. If you didn't see an email after signing up, please check your junk mail folder.
