Wi-Fi pass connectivity problem to my security camera

I purchased a boy keep Security camera and I do have a Wi-Fi pass, It would not allow me to connect to the camera. The camera is telling me that it doesn't recognize my Wi-Fi but then when I did the test it shows you recognize the Wi-Fi. Is there anything y'all can take me through step-by-step See if I can get this thing connected

042557 - Hi there! Thanks so much for joining the Xfinity Forums community, we’re happy to help you get connected. You can enjoy access to millions of hotspots with NOW WiFi Pass, which is a great option if you’re on the go or outside your home network. Just to clarify, does your device’s owner’s manual recommend connecting to your home WiFi network, or does it include instructions for using public hotspots? With NOW WiFi Pass, you can easily find hotspots at local businesses like coffee shops or even nearby apartments. If you’re within range, you might be able to connect right from home!
