Wifi outage

Hello, I am desperately trying to connect with an actual human regarding an outage on my wifi. We had a storm in my area Mondsy overnight into Tuesday. We lost electricity for three hours but that was restored early Tuesday morning. There was a down line in front of my house that I assumed to be internet/Xfinity. I called it in and it was fixed later Tuesday afternoon but as of this morning (Thursday 3/19), I still do NOT have wifi. We cannot use devices or watch TV. This is inexcusable for the outage to be this late with no time frame on an update on restoring service. I want to know if there is for certain an outage or if it is something wrong with my equipment.
