Wi-Fi outage promised the credit and didn’t receive
I constantly have Wi-Fi outages. I spent hours on the phone with support multiple days in between my job and they promised to give me a credit for multiple months where I wasn’t able to use my Wi-Fi because it continuously has outages. All I wanted was three months refund and to get six months or a year free Wi-Fi or I’m gonna be forced to change carriers somebody needs to reach out to me and help me with this matter and make things right before I cancel my service.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon user_qxd6nq. You have reached the right team, and I will be happy to review this further.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
