WiFi outage in Antioch TN

Can someone give me an update on when WiFi will be restored in Antioch TN it has been 4 days now and I have been having to work from my mobile hotspot. The only update I can get from the app or when I call is “as soon as possible” I need more than that, is someone working to get it fixed??

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_nrb8so Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand how frustrating any length interruption is. When bad weather hits it can cause trees to take out power lines, or damage cable lines. Our expert technicians sometimes have to wait to begin repairs in these situations until it is deemed safe for them to do so. The Xfinity app is the best way to stay up to date on any ETAs for when services will be restored. I assure you that even if you don't see local teams around your neighborhood, they are actively working as quickly and safely as possible to restore services. We wouldn't be able to provide you any other updates and I apologize for the frustration.

user_nrb8so I can take a look to see if I have any additional details, however we usually see the same information you have available. Feel free to send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
