Wi-Fi now pass

I have purchased the Wi-Fi now pass three times in 3 months and each time it stops working after about 10 to 15 days. It says it's connected but no internet. This is ridiculous something needs to be done I'm not the only one having this problem with this [Edit: Language] pass.
