Why ain’t my pass that I just purchased not allowing me to connect any other device ? How do I get my money back

If so, you may need to locate a hotspot if you're not seeing our network, as seen here. And to connect on multiple devices, you'll want to ensure you're using the same Xfinity ID to sign in on each one. Please let me know if this helps!
