Wi-Fi now pass

I paid for the pass. It worked fine. Now I cannot connect anywhere. It says configuration failure when trying to connect. So do I just lose out or what??

The NOW WiFi Pass is a standalone product sold outside of the Xfinity ecosystem. Due to the nature of the WiFi Pass, we're not able to see or troubleshoot any specific details about your connection on this platform.

 

When you purchased your pass, you should have received an email receipt confirming the purchase. There will be a dedicated customer service number on that receipt. I would encourage you to reach out to that number directly. They should be able to help with this issue.
