WIFI NOW PASS

Hi i have a wifi hotspot pass and my phone is connected to it but nothing will load none of the apps or games they all say check your connection but when i  go to my wifi settings then click xfinity its says connected signal good  it shows nothing wrong with the connection but then. Nothing will work  i have tried forgetting it. Restarting phone all of that nothing works

The NOW WiFi Pass is a standalone product sold outside of the Xfinity ecosystem. Due to the nature of the WiFi Pass, we're not able to see or troubleshoot any specific details about your connection on this platform.

 

When you purchased your pass, you should have received an email receipt confirming the purchase. There will be a dedicated customer service number on that receipt. I would encourage you to reach out to them directly. They should be able to help with this sort of issue.

I do not want to subscribe/ connect with

now wifi pass. 
in the meantime i’m unable to open any of my bookmarks. 
how do i get rid of this offer on my screen??
