WiFi Now Pass not working

I purchased a month pass on June 17, 2024 and it worked fine for two days. I was out of town until yesterday and have not been able to connect at all.

@XfinityRichard​ you mean the one I called that told me it was no longer being used for customer service and everything is via chat now??

I do apologize, @sarelmel If It's the NOW Wifi pass, yes it would all be online. I'm very sorry, on this forum we are not able to access your Wi-Fi pass to assist you with your pass concerns.-Richard
