Wifi now pass is down

Wifi now pass not working, it's saying the IP address can't be found or something? I tried calling this (855) 216-8902 number but it just redirects me to the ai chat box which doesn't work either. Hopefully this is fixed soon and is back working in a few hours but if not, I want my money back!

If you're experiencing issues with the NOW WiFi Pass and receiving an IP address error, you may need to release and renew your IP address. Here are the steps:

### For Windows:

Press **Windows + R** to open the Run box.
Type **CMD** and press **Enter**.
Type **ipconfig/release** and press **Enter**.
Type **ipconfig/renew** and press **Enter**.
Type **Exit** to close the window.

### For Mac:

Close any open internet apps.
Go to **System Preferences** > **Network**.
Select your connection and click **Renew DHCP Lease**.
