Wifi now pass? Customer services noon existing?

I was charged three times for the Wi-Fi pass. I can't get ahold of anyone it's been a week. Same AI ask same questions. Need my money back if rather switch from this service to much of a hassle!

Our NOW WiFi Pass is for non-Xfinity Internet customers only and provides 30-day access to the NOW WiFi hotspot network for $20. Unfortunately, for assistance with refunds, you must use the online chat function. When signing up for the Wi-Fi pass, did you receive a a confirmation email of your purchase with link? If you sign up for autorenewal, you will also receive “payment reminder” or “notification of pass renewal” emails. You can cancel automatic card payments by using the link in the email.
