user_m5h4l4 Thanks for posting on our Forums. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? I'd recommend power cycling your modem (and router if you are using separate equipment), or running through the automatic diagnostics from the Xfinity app/website. Have you checked on multiple devices that the WiFi isn't working, or is it one device in particular?
They were our 2 weeks ago and changed modem and everything worked. Wifi stopped working last night. I did that and still no wifi, but ethernet connected devices working fine. It is impossible to speak to anyone at xfinity to schedule an appointment for service
Gotcha. Our team can help look further into the signal and remotely troubleshoot this with you. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
