WiFi No Internet
Have had WOD pass since March. For past 3 months benn calling about deterioration in connection from access point. Always got run around from the worst C.S. I have ever dealt with. I've been lied to about a local outage, problem is on my end, they will file a problem report etc. They refuse to let me speak with superior, refuse to give me any contact to relay the issue, refused to try to fix access point. Now today the access point totally gave out.
