Good evening @user_5u2ql3, and thank you for reaching out on our dedicated Community Forums, we appreciate it. I see that you stated your WiFi Network has disappeared, thank you for letting us know. Thank you for trying to reset your router and we apologize for the frustrations trying to talk to someone. Rest assured, our team of live dedicated agents is here to help. To confirm, have you check to see if there are any interruptions in your area affecting your service? You can check for interruptions using our XFINITY app or online status center https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap. Has this is ever happened previously?

Thank you for confirming there are no interruptions and this hasn't happened previously @user_5u2ql3. Let's take a closer look and check some things on our end. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

We look forward to working with you further.
