WiFi Modem Delivery

I got a message saying “Your driver picked up your Xfinity order and is on their way to you. Track your delivery: (link to track it)” from a +1 (833) 453-7008 when I click the link it takes me to a bring page with a map and a line from where the “driver” is and me. But the driver “Stephanie” never seems to make it to my house or answer the call.
