Wifi losing connection on/off after paying past due bill
Hello, I got a new debit card last month and forgot to update my payment method. Never checked my email and when I came home today, my service was completely shut off. Obviously I immediately paid everything that was due and within 15 minutes my service came back but now for the past hour it has been having trouble staying connected.
Just wondering if this is typical after restoring service. We have people coming over for the Holidays and I want to ensure there is internet connection. Thank you.
