Wifi literally doesn't work

I have chatted with 3 different representatives about my WiFi constantly going out for several hours. One agent told me he fixed the problem and I would never have to deal with it again. He lied, and it's happening even more frequently now. I HATE this company and am cancelling as soon as I move.
