WiFi keeps dropping

Xfinity is aware there is a problem in my area. Live person visit to my residence confirmed there a problem and their working on it but report issue if after a few weeks it persists. Only God knows how I finally was able to maneuver an actual service rep visit. As service rep knows and I not an easy task with the Xfinity stonewall they put up with communication.  Hey Xfinity still having a problem at my residence, WiFi keeps dropping intermittently. Love to have an update on what your doing. Burt street area in Taunton Ma. By the way your virtually help and live chat need some work. Xfinity workers need to communicate area problems in detail, not hey your down and hey your back up messages. Try telling me what your doing to fix area problem.
