WIFI keeps dropping multiple times a day

Hi there, multiple times a day, my wifi drops. My husband works from home and often gets his zoom calls terminated, every night when we go to turn on the tv, we need to reestablish the wifi connection, our alarm system displays that it is no longer connected to wifi. I upgraded my modem, I has Xfinity pods to extend the connection, we have a new alarm system. I think I need a tech here to figure out what is going on. Troubleshooting through the app takes me into endless loops that are time consuming and unproductive. PLEASE CONNECT ME TO A HUMAN
