WiFi keeps disconnecting

How do I get a technician to come to my home to fix this issue?

@user_7f7uh7 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can understand the frustration if you are experiencing drops in connection and we're here to help. Can you tell me a little more about what is happening and the troubleshooting steps you've already happened? Is this happening on multiple devices? Is it happening at specific times of the day? Have you tried connecting via Ethernet when the Wi-Fi drops to determine if it's just a Wi-Fi issue or if you are fully losing connection?

It just randomly stops working. It used to happen less frequently and now it happens multiple times a day across multiple devices. I have tried all troubleshooting, chatted with the chatbot and followed their troubleshooting steps, and even got a new cable modem. Nothing has worked. It’s very frustrating.

@user_7f7uh7 Thank you for clarifying that and confirming that you have attempted basic troubleshooting. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address so we can take a look at things on our end.
