Wi-fi is not working in home
Our wi-fi has stopped working in our home. I have rebooted our Xfinity router a few times and I still do not have wireless. I have gone through the stupid chat assistant who has run their own tests which shows that there is a connection to the router but yet I have no wireless. I have tried on different TV's to sign in and of course no wireless. Since my tv's say network disconnected (they run off of Fire TV sticks) as they are older TV's which are not Smart TV's. I do not like that I cannot connect with support and I have to wait on an AI bot to talk with! Can someone from Comcast help me out??? I am about ready with the price increase to go with T-Mobile for internet since I am retired, a senior and do not need to have the fastest speed in town. I need the cheaper cost!

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your network issues. I appreciate all the time you spent on this so far, and I am grateful for all your troubleshooting. I see you reset the Xfinity Gateway various times, but you still don't have a wireless connection. When you check the Xfinity app, it says your home is connected, yet none of your devices can go online. I can certainly see how those would be confusing and frustrating.
That said, you are in good hands. We are a full-service team with a variety of tools to help. Since you use our great Xfinity equipment, I can get more insight into your network on my end. I also see that your network should be online, so there appears to be a hiccup. Do you see your Wi-Fi name on your devices when you try to connect? If you do, do you get any error messages or error codes when you attempt to connect?
