Wifi is Down [Edited]

It is completely impossible to talk to a real representative that’s not a chat bot and my wifi is down for absolutely no reason all of my neighbors have wifi in my apt building and I can use Xfinity mobile wifi but not my actually wifi the customer service is completely terrible and the worst I’ve ever had I’m heavily debating canceling my service. This company and the way it treats its customers is intolerable

Have you had a chance to try troubleshooting through the Xfinity app?
What type of device are you currently using?
When you search for available networks, does your WiFi network name appear?
