Wifi Installation issue

I've had a horrible experience with Xfinity Wifi installation and a utter lack of communcation.

I moved into a brand new build apartment last week. Orginally, the wifi installation was supposed to be on Friday (8/7). The technician shows up and say up and determined that the unit requires a new line/wall penetration and that another technician was needed. Xfinity subsequently promised technician visits Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and no technician arrived. ( I have screenshots from the chats saying the technican is "Guranteed to show up" . Despite repeated contacts with customer support, Comcast has failed to complete the installation or provide a reliable installation date.

Now i can't get through to speak to anyone.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
