Wifi Gateway delivered before selected date

I set up wifi yesterday and selected delayed delivery for 5/1. Last night I got two text messages with a bringg.com link that said my Xfinity order was out for delivery and then delivered. I do not currently live at the address and in all likelihood the package was probably stolen overnight. I have tried chatting through the app but every time I send a message the assistant does not respond and I just get a "...". At this point I would like to just pick up my equipment in person and make sure that I will not be charged for the equipment that was incorrectly delivered over two weeks early.

Hello, @user_obyr3p sorry for the inconvenience. You are more than welcome to pick up your equipment at the nearest Xfinity Retail Store. Here is a link to our retail locator to find the store nearest to you. If you cannot recover the equipment at your new residence have the customer service representative submit a lost equipment claim in store. They'll submit a lost delivery claim with UPS or FedEx.
