WiFi Extenders and Doorbell Camera, still not here
Hello, I can’t find where to send the direct message, and I originally thought this was going to be sent as a direct message.
I purchased my new Xfinity plan on 10/31/25 and had a technician come out on 11/23/25 to set up my new internet (gateway) and home security system. He said that the doorbell camera and two WiFi extenders would be sent separately and that I would have to set them up myself. It is now 12/09/25 and I have not received my doorbell camera or the WiFi extenders, nor have I received any information about when I should be getting them. Please help!
I would be extremely grateful if someon help me find out where my items are and when I will be receiving them.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
