WiFi Equipment Tracking

Hello! I ordered a new wifi modem and it is supposed to come today before my installation appointment at 1PM. Where can I track my order?

user_anv9ae Thank you for reaching out with you concerns! You can check your Xfinity order status by using the Xfinity app, or online account, just log in to your Xfinity account or use the Xfinity App and navigate to the Billing or Account tab to view your order details, shipping dates, and tracking links. You can also check your email for a shipping confirmation from Xfinity, it will contain a direct tracking link for UPS or FedEx.
