Wifi disconnected from my thermostat

Xfinity has been working in my area and there have been some outages. My smart thermostat became disconnected. When I attempt to restart the wifi on the unit, it says that I'm entering an incorrect password (which I'm not). I've been unable to connect with someone by phone to help me with this.

Can you tell me what troubleshooting you've done? Is your Wi-Fi working properly on other devices or is the issue connecting to Wi-Fi on multiple devices?
