Wifi coverage

I signed up for wifi complete and you were supposed to do a wifi evaluation within two to three weeks it's been several months and I have received no information from you. My coverage is very weak in some areas and I have trouble connecting to wifi

user_6v34yt Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand the concern if you hadn't received any results from the whole home Wi-Fi evaluation. Just to confirm, had you checked your spam/junk folders as well as your Xfinity email to see if it somehow was sent there?
