Wifi Connectivity Issues - I cannot get a human to help
I have gone through the troubleshooting via phone and the virtual assistant multiple times - its a vicious cycle where they keep telling me they have resolved the issue but they have not. I cannot get a human on the line - has anybody found a way to breakthrough this madness? I am loosing my mind! I need help desperately - the service i'm paying for simply doesnt work and I cannot get a hold of anybody in the company to help.
