Wifi calling no longer working with "upgraded" modem

I received a new modem the tall white tower from Comcast about a year ago. Since then have not been able to use wifi calling. How can I fix this? Tried calling customer service, but cant get a live person.

Thank you for your post @user_un185c. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Is the device connected to your Xfinity Home Network?

Yes, it is connected to my home service. I am missing calls and can not make calls when I have wifi calling toggle on

I have also reset my phone and my modem

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

Press Enter to send it
