Wifi Calling as a Xfinity Mobile customer

I am an Xfinity mobile customer and an Xfinity Wifi customer. When using my mobile phone, I select Settings, Cellular, Wi-Fi Calling, Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone. I then put in my home address for 911. When I select "Continue" the following message appears: "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Xfinity Mobile"

I am finding it extremely difficult to contact a human at Xfinity mobile to solve this issue. Please help.

MTMinded Thanks so much for reaching out to us here to let us know about the issue. Here are some steps that have helped to resolve this issue for others here on the Forum:

1. Restart your phone and verify iOS and XM software is updated,
2. Try to turn on WI-FI calling.
3. It should take you to the “update your emergency contact info” page.
4. This step is where the error comes up, quickly enter the requested information and when selecting the state you’re in, make sure to keep your finger inside the gray highlighted area. (If you take too long or tap outside the gray highlighted area it may close and give you the error again.)

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
