Hello, @user_mb6sh6! We are here to help :) To clarify, is this a temporary line that needs to be replaced with a permanent, buried line? Or has that already been done, and we just need to bury what we've installed? Unless I'm off altogether, and your referencing equipment left behind. Please feel free to elaborate so that we understand what kind of help to provide, and we remain here to support you the best we can! As a note, customers and non-customers alike can often have tickets submitted for line burial request via our Xfinity Assistant. Have you tried that already?

This Wifi cable was hanging outside my backyard and fell during a thunderstorm. It's connected to cables that run in the back alleyway of my property. The cables is hanging down across my backyard. I've made several attempts submitting tickets via Xfinity Assistance with no response.
