WiFi cable cut during Nashville ice storm

My WiFi cable was cut during the ice storm for repairs, I assume. However, the Xfinity app claims that there are no longer any outages in my area, and someone supposedly visited around 8:30 today to fix the issue. Despite this, I see the cable cut in half on the ground, and the AI states that my router is offline and instructs me to reset it, but it doesn’t take any action.

Hello @user_eg0lw0, I'm sorry to hear your service wasn't restored. Is the cut cable located near the street or is it the line running directly from a pole to your house?
