WiFi cable cut during Nashville ice storm
My WiFi cable was cut during the ice storm for repairs, I assume. However, the Xfinity app claims that there are no longer any outages in my area, and someone supposedly visited around 8:30 today to fix the issue. Despite this, I see the cable cut in half on the ground, and the AI states that my router is offline and instructs me to reset it, but it doesn’t take any action.
