Wifi boost pods offer

I got an email saying "Claim your free WiFi boost pods today", but when I followed the link it told me "looks like you aren't eligible for this offer".

Has this happened to anyone else? Am I actually ineligible?

Good afternoon @apage_ii, and thank you for reaching out to our dedicated Communities team here on our forums, we appreciate it and hope you are having a wonderful start to your week! I see that you stated you received an email for a free WiFi Boost pod but when you follow the link, it tells you that you are not eligible, is that correct? Rest assured, our team is here to help address your concerns. To better assist, we'll need to ask a few background questions. To confirm, are you subscribed to xFi Complete? Did you have a Whole Home WiFi Evaluation performed? For more information on our Whole Home WiFi Evaluations, I have included the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/whole-home-wifi-evaluation.

After looking more closely at my account, I am not subscribed to xFi Complete.
