Wi-Fi available

At first no one could find my address to check availability. I called and got that fixed but now that my address can be located it says I cannot get service here. I don’t see how that is true because people on my same street have this Wi-Fi service.<Edited: "Personal Information">

To send a "Direct Message":

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
