Wifi assessment free xpods not able to be ordered.

I recently upgraded to xfi complete and received an email last week about a free set of 3 xpods to improve the wifi. I have the same issue as I have seen many on here have. When you use the link provided in the email it says the item is not available. However, they are available for purchase on the site.
