Wifi assessment for xFi Pods needed

How do I schedule evaluation for the xFi Pods with xFi Complete service?  I need one upstairs as the speed is very slow there.

@user_ba29d1 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding the Wi-Fi evaluation. This is something that automatically takes place once the xFi complete service is activated. When was xFi complete added?

@XfinityAbbie​ it was added when i signed up last week.  We connected the wifi this weekend and we have extremely poor service upstairs so i need this to happen as quickly as possible.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues. The whole home evaluation takes about 14 days and then if you qualify for the free pod, you will receive an email to order your free pod. Are you having issues anywhere else in your home and is your gateway in a central location and not blocked by any large furniture or plants, fish tanks, etc.?

Yes its in a very central location with no interference - 14 days??  That's crazy - so I'm going to be without good internet signal upstairs for most likely 2-3 weeks??

For the free pod, that is our process is to go through the whole home evaluation and then we will email you the results. I work from home and definitely understand how important a good signal is and how this would be frustrating. If you don't feel like you can wait for the free pod, they are available to purchase at your nearest store or by following this link: https://comca.st/3KZ2nis So to confirm, is signal good everywhere else in your home?

So far it seems good downstairs where the gateway is located but upstairs is very weak
