@user_a8olsq There is for Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum Xfinity Rewards members. Many of my friends have redeemed it successfully. It is an amazing movie, and a fantastic way to enjoy it with friends or family.

Why do employees continue to tell customers to do the impossible? There is no Reward offering tickets to Wicked, not even for this Diamond customer. There's a large ad for the show, but no actual reward.
Why doesn't Comcast/Xfinity know that???
