Wicked Tickets

I saw Wicked tickets available on my Diamond Reward page during the day.   When I logged back in later in the day, I could not find the option to claim the reward.  Ad on Xfinity front page said ticket available t unitl 12/06.  How can I claim the reward for Wicked Tickets from my reward page?

@XfinityKassie​ I checked the claimed reward section.  The Wicked Movie Ticket Reward offer is not there.  Is the promotion still active?  I see ads for it on the Xfinity page.  Details say promotion runs until 12/6/2024

user_ik9db0 Okay, thank you for checking the claimed section. I'll need to take a look on my side, so I can get you in the right direction. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address to get started? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
