Wicked Tickets Reward Removed??

So it looks like the Wicked tickets reward was totally removed. I'm Diamond level or whatever and this is the first time I've tried to redeem something. I knew it was going to be available only until the 6th, so I figured four days ahead of time would be early enough. Nope! They pulled the reward down. I called customer support and they told me they can't see the reward at all, as if it was never there. It's not showing as expired, or anything else. I had to tell them I had a screenshot of the reward and read it off for them to believe it ever existed. I'm going to try calling tomorrow, but this is really ridiculous. If it was a limited number of tickets, say that somewhere next time so we can actually redeem it and have a chance of getting them. I can't believe for once I thought this rewards program would be worth anything. I'm a fool!

user_yym1s7 Thank you so much for your post for help with the rewards offer for Wicked tickets. I have been assisting customers with this issue since last week. I have not gotten any word that there was a limited amount of tickets only that the offer was for Diamond and Platinum level rewards members. If you are not able to see the offer then the agent would also not see the offer when we check your account for available rewards. As of my last request, our rewards team is aware and has been able to assist if there is a limit and there are still tickets available I would be happy to help reach out to them on your behalf.
