Wicked For Good bonus content

Hello, I recently purchased the digital release of Wicked For Good and it is supposed to include an extra feature that has a version of the movie with sing along, deleted scenes, an other bonus content. These items is not included in the available extras with purchase. What is the timeline for getting that purchased item added to Xfinity?

@KDGirl101 Thanks for adding a post and thinking of the forum for help. The sing along version is great, and you should be able to access it now. Try the steps below to visit the event hub and get to it. These are the steps we're given, let me know if this doesn't work.

  1. Say "Wicked" to your Xfinity remote to access the special hub.
  2. Explore the Hub: Look for options like the sing-along soundtrack (featuring "For Good," "No Good Deed," etc.) and behind-the-scenes content.
  3. Click on that version and enjoy.

You're welcome! I am not seeing this as a known issue so we may need to open a ticket. When I get bonus content, I usually see that under Saved, then Purchases. There will be additional tiles with the content. Did you check there as well? If you did, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I purchased Wicked: For Good through Xfinity as well. For me, there are no extras except the trailer.
